Refund Policy

At Ser Cantante, we work to provide every student with a quality, clear, and accessible learning experience. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund may be required.

 

1. Individual classes

• Online private lessons taken are non-refundable.

• If you were unable to attend a scheduled class, you can reschedule it by canceling at least 48 hours in advance, subject to scheduling availability and the timeframes for each package or class.

• In the event of technical issues attributable to the platform or the instructor that prevent the class from taking place, rescheduling will be offered free of charge.

2. Recorded courses and digital materials

• Online courses and downloadable materials are non-refundable, as access is granted immediately upon purchase.

• If a technical error prevents access to the content, we will work to resolve it as quickly as possible or offer an exceptional refund.

3. Lesson plans and packages

• Purchased lesson plans must be used within the timeframe agreed upon at the time of purchase.

• No refunds will be issued for classes not used within the validity period.

4. Application procedure

To request a refund or report a problem, you can write and indicate:

• Name and surname

• Purchase date

• Product or service purchased

• Reason for the request

Each case will be reviewed and you will receive a response within a maximum of 7 business days.
